Homeward Alliance is a Larimer County-based 501 (c)(3) that provides services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity. We operate a continuum of programs and initiatives for families, adults, and seniors, such as basic needs, housing-focused case management, and employment services, and operate the Murphy Center for Hope (a one-stop resource center and day shelter in Fort Collins). Services are best-practice, data-informed, and low-barrier. All are welcome. We are also the data lead for our region's Continuum of Care, which produces actionable data to support effective and efficient homeless services across Northern Colorado.
