Director of Welcome & Involvement
First Presbyterian Church of Fort Collins is seeking a warm, organized, and mission-driven Director of Welcome and Involvement to cultivate a welcoming experience and to help build meaningful connections and spiritual growth within our congregation. This full-time role leads visitor engagement, coordinates new member processes, recruits and equips volunteers, and supports the Welcome & Community, Adult Education, and Missions & Outreach teams. The ideal candidate brings strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills, a growing Christian faith, and a heart for hospitality and community building. Sunday and occasional evening/weekend availability are required.
Full-time (36 hours/week), exempt position. Salary range: $50,000–$54,000 plus benefits.
